  • Please get in touch with us if the item is defective or failed for an RMA exchange/refund
  • If white label/generic products, contact us for tech support or defective exchange
  • Contact us by Message to submit and request an RMA number.
  • The returned item must be received within 14 days of issuing the RMA number.
  • You must attach the original invoice and the original retail box to the returnable item. Also, remember to write down the RMA number on the carton box.
  • The package will be rejected if it does not have the RMA number on it.
