We ask all our customers to give us the router or switch model by answering our e-mail question.

We will contact the customer through by e-mail to inquire about the switch or router model number. In case no response is received, Compufox reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the customer?s money.

To International Customers:

Please note that custom duties are the responsibility of the importing party (you the customer).

Any shipment refused by a customer because of custom duties, and the shipment is returned to Compufox, the customer will be assessed a 30% restocking fee.

-Return Policy-

In order to return a defective product to Compufox, the following is needed:

-An RMA number: Please email us to request an RMA number.

-A copy of the original invoice.

The customer will ship the returned products to Compufox at his expense.

Compufox will pay the shipping cost to send the replacement products.

Very Important:Please make sure to select the correct transceiver for your router or switch. Should you have any doubts about which transceiver will work for your switch or router, pleaseemail us.

All defective products returned to Compufox must be accompanied by aprinted test reportshowing that they did not work. Products returned to Compufox that are not defective are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

No Refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
