We picked these thumb drives because they are fast moving and they are small. I can't stress how important it is to have a smaller thumb drive for Tails. The longer thumb drives stick out and are more likely to get damaged or pulled by accident, which is a bad thing.
I have used the same drive for years and have left it in my car overnight in the freezing cold and have ran it through the washer by accident. I don't recommend either however these drives survived many acts of mistreatment.
