From that point on: It turns on fine. As it is doing the warmup (printer maintenance), it gives a paper jamerror. (see pic 8) There is no paper jam. I hit ok to clear the message, it then gives an ox6100004a error (see pic 9). I googled enough to find out that the error means a printhead error. I have reached my limit on knowing how to repair it myself. I am sure it will be a simple fix for someone who knows how to do that sort of thing. Such a shame, cause it literally was working fine the week before. No issues. I\'m selling it AS-IS & no returns. Maybe you can get it to work? It comes with power cord & all paperwork including cd.
