They are used, in good physical condition with typical scratches/scuffs. One has a noticeable scratch on the palmrest. Two have good LCD, three have marks on the LCD from the keyboard - two appear to be only slightly noticeable or not noticeable during use, one will probably be noticeable (see photo of this one).

Batteries are included and showed as at least Excellent health per Dell BIOS at the time of listing; however, batteries are not fully tested and not guaranteed. Power supplies are not included.

  • Any item that is picked up from our facility will be charged 6% sales tax. Internet purchases are not exempt from sales tax and shipped items will be charged sales tax according to buyer's location.

• Item must be packed in original shipping materials.
• Our technicians will diagnose item within three (3) business days of receiving.
  • If item is found to be faulty: At our discretion, replacement will be shipped or a full refund (including original shipping charge) will be issued.
