It has been brought to my attention that some internet users wonder the reason that crimes related to children are included in this list. The reason is from the definition of cybercrime. Cybercrime is any crime that is either prepared or completed using electronic tools or if the electronic/computer system is the target of the crime. For example, if someone is accused of being a child predator and communicated with the child through email, a social networking community, a webcam, or a cell phone, the crime could be considered a cybercrime.
