This DVD is suitable for full clean installation or upgrade on top of another Windows version such as 7, 8, or 8.1, and 10 (Home editions). Yes, you can also install from scratch on a wiped or new drive. Also, if you currently have an Enterprise version, only a clean install will work.

Recommended checklist:

1. Check if you are running 64-bit Windows(see below) and if you have at least 4GB of RAM and 30GB of free disk space. You can NOT upgrade 32-bit Windows but only do a clean install by wiping it out. So if you currently have a 32-bit version this DVD will not work as an upgrade. Message me for that version

2. Check your hard drive health(see below). If you have bad sectors you will need to replace it.

3. Run system-check health(see below).

4. Check your hard drive file consistency(see below)

If you need the digital version (identical to the DVD version), such as in cases your PC doesn\'t have a DVD or you want it faster, send a message to request it before placing an order.

[isdntekvideo] Please note that if your PC (laptop/desktop) initially came with Windows XP or Vista, most likely its older hardware willNOTbe suitable to run Windows 10 efficiently (lack of drivers), and it will require clean installation meaning everything will be deleted. If you are unsure about that, feel free to contact me with the model number of your PC. Some CPU (processors) such as Intel Atom, AMD E1/E2/Celeron can run Windows 10, but it will be a slow/sluggish experience. Make sure you have at least 4GB of RAM and 30GB of free space on your Hard Drive/SSD. Before proceeding with the upgrade/install, it is mandatory that you check the health of your hard drive, especially if your PC is years old. This can be done easily and for free.
