- If the Kali Nethunter software is modified, deleted, or is in any way altered from its original sale condition that will be considered a major alteration, according to Policy, and cannot be returned for a full refund.
- If the software is altered then a partial refund may apply. Conditions will be negotiated by buyer and seller.
- As shipping costs are not retrievable, I am unable to refund shipping costs.
- If item is being returned in original/saleable condition, then a 20% restocking/shipping/handling fee will be applied.
