Documents can use data from Case records: You can write reports and letters that automatically extract information from your data and merge it with text. You can also use Case Forms as a separate word processing application by using it in an external window. Your work within this window can be independent of your data or use data extracted from records in your Legal Suite software.

Web Statements- Sends the Client an email link, allowing them to see their information online. The software posts HTML documents on a designated server. The Client can click on the link anytime and see their information. Clients are able to see when payments are posted without calling. Clients can view their most recent account activity and information immediately.

For example, if a Client makes a payment, their payment is applied to the information online. Clients can also see information gathered and recorded. Once changes are made to billing and accounts, the information is updated online on the information page.

QuickBooks Module
QuickBooks Module allows you to synchronization between the Legal Suite software and QuickBooks. The Legal Suite connects directly with QuickBooks to transfer transactions.

Cloud Module
Cloud Module allows you to synchronization data, between Legal Suite single user applications and multi-user applications. This is great for remote users who only need to connect to the server once a while. Idea for traveling or remote user away from the office.

Bar Code Scanners
You can use bar code scanners to record and track case files, bar code identities of individuals, and bar code case files items for check-out and check-in. The capability to print and read these bar codes is included with the Legal Suite. Bar code scanners used with the Legal Suite includes a wand (pencil-like) and 3 inch wide ëline-at-a-timeí scanners. Remote scanning is supported. Bar code scanners are available from Mdansby. A Check Reader may be used to scan checks during contribution data entry. This inserts the contributor name and check number in the data entry form.

Our Legal Suite also comes with a complete help site, to answer any questions that you might have. It even walks you through a sample report, so you can see some of the features of the program. If you cannot find the answer to your question in the help site, you can e-mail us. Most of our clients choose to work with us via Netopia Timbuktu Pro. Timbuktu Pro allows Mdansby technical staff, with your permission, access to your screen, to view and fix the problem on the spot. Customer service doesn't get any better.
