The Happy Hacking Keyboard Professional2 uses high quality Topre key switches. These switches are a hybrid design that use a metal spring under a rubber dome, both on top of a capacitive pad. This unique hybrid switch design is incredibly durable and long lasting, even under long-term heavy use. These switches also give the HHKB it\'s great (addictive!) typing feel. It\'s a true pleasure to type on one of these keyboards.

Do you combine shipping?
We can combine shipping for most items. However exceptionally large items are sometimes not combinable due to size/weight/packing issues. In particular large telephoto camera lenses are difficult to combine with other items.
Where do you ship from?
All items are shipped directly from our offices in Osaka, Japan.
Which shipping services do you use?
The vast majority of our items ship by EMS, the fastest service offered by Japan Post. Some lower priced items may also offer First Class Air Mail or Registered First Class Air Mail shipping options.
Do you ship by SAL?
No, SAL is too slow and has too many problems. SAL (\"Surface Air Lift\" sometimes misrepresented as \"Economy Air Mail\", \"Standard Air Mail\", or even just \"Air Mail\") is very slow and the incidence of damaged and lost packages is higher than with proper Air Mail. Some sellers claim delivery by SAL in 10 to 14 days with a disclaimer that it may take longer. In our experience delivery of items shipped via SAL generally takes 21 to 30 days and occasionally as long as 2 months!
